Existing content can be migrated to the new platform in a controlled way, but the new service does not need to repeat every decision made on the old website. The renewed iCMS 4.0 API adds flexibility. In addition to websites, the platform can serve as a backend for mobile applications, while the same data can be used through integrations and purpose-built interfaces.

Each migration path is planned according to the current service, its content, language versions and integrations. Required redirects are included in the planning to preserve existing addresses and search visibility as effectively as possible.
